Kerryanne began her career in the New Zealand quarry industry in 1985 as a machine operator working hard rock and lime. In 1996 Kerryanne moved to Australia and took up a career in the gold mining industry working with AWP contractors, Roche and a joint venture (JV) project with Barrick and Newmont at the world famous super pit in Kalgoorlie.
In 2006 Kerryanne and Trevor moved to Gladstone, Qld and started a consultancy firm, Down To Earth Results and from this a Registered Training Organisation was established with the intention of specialising in quality versus quantity outcomes.

Trevor has spent 15 years as a Civil Engineer at the super pit in Kalgoorlie with the primary responsibility of Tailings and Water management for the operation. This included design, construction and operation of the facilities.

Since 2006, Trevor has been with Down To Earth Results providing project engineer services for earthworks at mining operations throughout Queensland and Indonesia.
