We audit, coach and mentor Frontline Managers, Open Cut Examiners, Supervisors and Leading Hands to competently conduct their job role. This involves utilising a systems focus to empower supervisors with the necessary skills to be compliant with existing safety management systems and auditing to seek continuous improvement.

We are currently in the process of transforming our business to become a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We aim to achieve this status during 2010. We pride ourselves in timely delivery, performance, giving great care to detail as we strive to passionately achieve the outcome our clients have requested.
